Permit - Permit was approved and picked up.
Site work & Septic - Yesterday the garage was removed along with the major stumps in the front yard, the plastic shed and the small oak tree. Today they will be starting the digging for the septic. The septic plan was resubmitted with updated information that affected the cost of installation. All was agreed to by client.
Design - We are waiting for final designs on the cabana. We will generate a proposal for that work once the designs are available.
