This is the type of look I want for the garage door - It can be two panels instead of three though if the 3 is more expensive. I do want stain grade.

Downstairs throughout - You had mentioned that you could get that wide oak flooring for around $4 something a sq ft. - Last we discussed we were going to order that for downstairs. Excited!!!

Upstairs throughout - we can just do the cheapest wood flooring - like 2.25" oak.
I am not sure I can still do this. I just did my small project with it and it was a major ordeal. The have to deliver iot to Scott in Hyannis and then I had to go get it and transport it here. Nobody was very happy about it. I know I can get it from our supplier in Tennessee but it is going to be $5.90 sf.
Stairs - You tell me what is cheaper - I am assuming the 2.25" oak?
No. Either 3/4" or 1". 1" is what I
recommend
. It also comes from Tennessee. They are inexpensive. $30.00 eachish.

OKLast we talked about it was only quoted as a slab so the cost to break through would be more. I just need to determine if the cost is worth it - so if you could get me a cost to break through that would be great.

We are going to need to open something to get utilities through. A small opening for this is included in your budget already. A full door would be about $900.00
- Cabinetry
Last I spoke with Scott, he was going to get the shop drawings and we'd take it from there. We seemed to be on the same page. I was also waiting for the "whole house discount" amount so I can determine whether the other shop should make the kids vanity. Checking with him now.
For the Pantry - I did go to Home Depot to get pricing and decided that I need to plan out how I'm going to use it before I order the cabinets. They do have a great special right now. I think we should plan it out together and then price out the options. For instance, I think on one side I'd like to have floor to ceiling open shelves. Maybe we can have Mike's guys get me a quote for that so I can compare it with
IKEA or Home Depot.

MASTER BATH - I know we are tabling this area for later - but they did put up the framing for the bath wall. I think we should have them wait because we talked about doing a door into the bath from the hallway and the bedroom. I am thinking about it - but feel like what is on the plan may change when we look at it.
It is best for us to do all of the rough framing now and get it over with. Moving a door location is easy.
